Idiom鳥獸和蝙蝠The Birds, the Beasts, and the Bat
Interpretation童話故事。出自於《伊索寓言》。蝙蝠在鳥和獸發生戰爭時，隨著哪方得勝，一會兒說自己是鳥類，一會兒又說自己是獸類。等到鳥、獸談和後，雙方都拒絕牠加入，並定牠叛逆之罪。從此蝙蝠只敢出現在夜裡，不敢在白天活動。這個故事比喻牆頭草的下場往往是淒慘的。後來多單用「蝙蝠」來比喻立場不明，態度模稜兩可的人。
